Allen Centennial Gardens

Tucked away in UW Madison was this beautiful garden. I came on a good day: the National Rock Garden Society was also there. Go figure.

Madtown is a Good Town

I realized it's been a while. Sorry. Again. Here's a little bit from a trip we took to Wisconsin's capital (capitol?). These pictures are taken with a new camera, Canon 30D and a sweet new lens (28-200mm). What's more exciting is that my old camera (Canon Rebel XTi) is in the hands of Pastor's Discipleship Network in Africa, where a dear friend of mine, Richmond, will be using it for his ministry. God is so good!

Chicago History Museum

This place was a gem. Easily one of my new favorite places in Chicago.

This was really neat. It's amazing to think that I live in a city one of my biggest heroes used to live in.

I love this map. Has anyone seen the other map with the neat font shapes fit into each neighborhood?
