Only in Wisconsin will you ever find a factory solely dedicated to cheese. In fact, there is a map highlighting Wisconsin's cheese factories. (Click here for a Wisconsin Cheese Map!) Jess and I found Suttner's Cheese in Curtiss, WI on the way to her hometown, Neenah. Curds made right on the premises, Suttner's cheese is some of the finest in Wisconsin. We gave ourselves a tour and enjoyed getting to know Jodi and the cheese trade. Thanks for the cheese!
