With 3 minutes and 43 seconds on the clock, the Bulls were down the entire game. A second later, Chicago tied with Houston at 102. Rewind two minutes earlier, I was worried that we'd be stuck in traffic and anxious to get back to Moody. To my everlasting regret, I was the one to ask if we were ready to go home. Fortunately, Nathaniel Wong Loi Sing thought optimically of our young Bulls and suggested we stay two more minutes. With less than a minute on the clock now, the three young men in front of us were not longer cheering for their precious Rockets. (Tony and I had a shouting match with them throughout the game yelling "Defense!" while they were yelling "Offense!") Instead, our whole section, it seemed, was yelling "BIG MAC!" with the Bulls up by 3. If the Bulls won by over 100 points, the whole stadium would receive free Big Macs (Courtesy of United Center and McDonald's). Less than 5 seconds on the clock, the Bulls received a rebound and held on for dear life! Three... Two... One... Zero! The buzzer went off! The Bulls won!
Thank you to Dr. Wong Loi Sing, Nathaniel, Tony and Tony for an amazing experience in this great town. For more pics, check out: http://picasaweb.google.com/jantzenloza/BullsGame#
